Every file is written against your ECU part number and locked to your VIN. What is listed under each stage is the hardware the calibration expects to find on the car — we write the software, you keep the wrenches.
Stage 1
Stock hardware- Boost and wastegate targets raised inside factory turbo limits
- Ignition timing re-optimised, knock thresholds left intact
- Lambda and fuel trims corrected for the new load points
- Torque limiters opened, pedal map linearised
- Speed limiter removed, rev limit raised where safe
NEEDS — nothing added. Factory airbox, factory exhaust, healthy plugs, battery on a maintainer during the write.
Stage 2
Intake · downpipe · intercooler- Boost curve rebuilt around lower downpipe backpressure
- Airflow model rescaled to the intake and intercooler you run
- Timing and fuelling mapped to the cooler charge temps
- Auto and DCT boxes get matching clamp and shift pressure
- No-lift shift and launch control where supported
NEEDS — free-flow downpipe, intake and upgraded intercooler already fitted. Send brands; the file is written to them.
Stage 3
Upgraded turbo · E85 ready- Airflow, boost and fuel models rewritten for the new compressor map
- Separate pump-gas and E85 files, both loaded to the flasher
- Injector and fuel pump scaling matched to the hardware on the car
- Knock strategy and torque limits set for the new load range
- Two datalog revisions included in the price
NEEDS — upgraded turbo and fuelling to match. Forged internals recommended past 450 whp.
