Engine rebuilds
An engine comes apart the same way every time here: photographed, bagged, labelled and measured before a single new part is ordered.
What a rebuild covers
- Complete strip and clean
- Bores, journals and clearances measured and recorded
- Crank checked for run-out, reground or replaced as needed
- Head work — valve seats cut, guides replaced, springs checked for pressure
- New bearings, rings, gaskets and seals throughout
- Assembly to torque spec with fresh fasteners on anything stretch-critical
- Run-in on the dyno before it goes back in the vehicle
What you get back
A measured spec sheet with every clearance we recorded, the old parts if you want them, and a run-in schedule. If we find something we did not quote for, you get a call before we spend your money.
