Stage 3 Custom Calibration — Mercedes-AMG A45 S

Stage 3 is not a file you buy off a shelf. It is a calibration built on our dyno around a specific build, and it starts with a conversation about what you have actually done to the engine.

What we need to know first

• Forced induction changes — larger turbo, different compressor housing, supercharger pulley
• Internal work — pistons, rods, head work, cam changes, compression ratio
• Fuel system — pump, injectors, and whether you are running an ethanol blend
• Cooling — intercooler, oil cooler, radiator

How it runs

1. Mechanical health check before anything else. If the engine is not right, we stop and tell you.
2. Baseline pull, recorded and printed, with wideband logging throughout.
3. Iterative mapping — fuel first, then timing, then the transitions.
4. Road or track validation for the things a dyno will not show.
5. Handover with the printed sheets, the logs, and the final file archived under your VIN.
